How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days in advance, especially for custom or bulk orders, to ensure availability and timely delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after this period as we begin processing immediately.
Can I include my own items in the hamper?
Absolutely! If you have specific items you'd like to include, we’ll be happy to incorporate them into your hamper design.
Do you require advance payment?
An advance payment is essential to confirm your order — you may pay any amount you're comfortable with initially, and the remaining amount on delivery.
Do you deliver all over India?
We currently deliver within Mumbai and selected nearby areas. For outstation deliveries, please contact us to check feasibility.
